They developed a training plan for graduates and introduced the strategy of offering job opportunities abroad through the SENA Transnational Public Employment Agency. This agency is an authorized operator under Resolution 343 of 2016 by the Ministry of Labor, responsible for facilitating labor mediation processes with foreign companies seeking talent from Colombia.
