Adelante la Mar\u00eda Cano with its quality processes and with the goals outlined in the Development Plan 2017 – 2026 \u00abBuilding the Future\u00bb … On this occasion the Institution receives a visit from Mr. Allex Yamil Caicedo Mill\u00e1n who will accompany the renewal of the qualified registry for the Public Accounting program, attached to the Faculty of Business Sciences, in the virtual methodology. The pair that visit the institution, virtually, have teaching experience in modules of international economics, international strategy, foreign investment and technology transfer, project management, corporate finance, business valuation, international finance, financial markets. In addition, his training as an officer of the National Navy stands out.<\/p>\n

Mr. Caicedo Mill\u00e1n’s academic training has focused on an official master’s degree in economic-financial management (c) in Spain; Master in International Trade and Finance University of Barcelona – Spain, Department of Economics. He is a public accountant from the Santiago de Cali University, a specialist in foreign trade and international economics from the University of Barcelona, \u200b\u200ba specialist in foreign trade and international finance from the same Spanish institution. In addition, he has focused on the study of the English language and financial analysis topics.<\/p>\n

The visit that will focus on decree 1330 of 2019, which regulates the processes of qualified registration and academic quality of Higher Education Institutions in Colombia, to consolidate a vision of quality that responds to social, cultural and environmental demands, in the which recognizes the diversity of HEIs, their nature and their institutional objectives in a differentiated way, harmonizing the assurance model that the country has with international standards; It is received by the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras, the Vice-Rectors of the Institution, the Quality Planning Directorate, the Self-Assessment Coordination, the Dean of Business Sciences and the Public Accounting Directorate, as well as the leader of the Mariacanovirtual campus.<\/p>\n

During the two days of work the following topics will be analyzed:<\/p>\n

  2. Organization of academic activities and training process<\/li>\n
  3. Research, innovation and artistic creation<\/li>\n
  4. Presentation of relationship with the external sector<\/li>\n

  6. Presentation of educational media<\/li>\n
  7. Technological infrastructure<\/li>\n
  8. Physical infrastructure<\/li>\n
  9. Financial viability of the program<\/li>\n
  10. Meetings with graduates, students, teachers and the external sector<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
