Dear friends of the Physiotherapy program in our beloved Popay\u00e1n headquarters! This week we will have a wonderful academic experience, which will enrich us as a person, program and institution. Highly qualified professionals and experts in academic management, curriculum and professional development of Physiotherapy will accompany us as collaborative pairs, to make an evaluation of the program, before the official evaluation that the National Accreditation Council, CNA will make of it, with a view to the expected accreditation of Physiotherapy in Popay\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

The collaborative pairs, or friends, who will accompany us are trustworthy and strict in their actions, and we have asked them to do so. Because at the Foundation we already have a very high commitment to quality, and we cannot, from any point of view, relax. We have already done this with the Physiotherapy program in Medell\u00edn, and we are going to do it with all the undergraduates that we offer in the country.<\/p>\n

Our attitude towards the different meetings that peers will have with students, teachers and managers from the headquarters and from Medell\u00edn, must show us as we are: A learning community, ready to serve and learn, and fully committed to physiotherapy as a discipline . They will critically but constructively dissect the curriculum, its articulation, the profile of the teachers, the student participation mechanisms, the alliances and agreements, the professional possibilities and the welfare, infrastructure, technology and program administration scenarios. and the headquarters, among other aspects.<\/p>\n

Of course, they will make recommendations for improvement. That is what it is all about. We must always give more, learn more and grow more, and we have the willingness to do so. Thank you very much for the willingness you have expressed to participate and to show yourself how you feel, see and appreciate your program, in an open, respectful and transparent way … as if you were looking in a mirror.<\/p>\n

Knowing how to channel all the opportunities for improvement is a gift to continue to establish ourselves as what we are and we seek to sustain ourselves: One of the best higher education institutions in the country in training in Physiotherapy. The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation is counting on you!<\/p>\n
