There were many emotions experienced at the meeting of the employer sector and the cooperators, held by the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation, at the Popay\u00e1n headquarters; a space programmed to say \u00abTHANK YOU\u00bb to those companies and institutions that have prioritized the hiring of graduates of the Institution, where it is also highlighted that through professional practices they allow to start the labor world of future graduates, who are ready to put their knowledge at the service of society and provide well-being to the community through what is learned in the classrooms and the laboratories that serve the learning process.<\/p>\n

A total of 29 companies and cooperators of the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation participated in the meeting that took place in the capital of the department of Cauca, to whom the Social Balance of the year 2021 was projected, which evidences the work led in the last year , as a feedback space. Likewise, alternatives were discussed to continue an articulated work from other areas and campaigns that are offered in the higher education center, such as the Ser Scholarships, the advanced and continuous training programs, the training provided by the Language Center, and the work carried out in the different institutional subsystems.<\/p>\n

The event was enriched when the workshop called \u201cJob Happiness\u201d began, led by coach Gloria Viveros, who, through her experiential technique, was able to transmit the message of respect and gratitude that the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation provides to each of the participants, for their contributions to institutional strengthening. Within the space, programmed with the external sector, it was possible to share some elements, which allowed enriching the field work that is carried out, within the framework of the project of impact study and monitoring of graduates.<\/p>\n
