{"id":11057,"date":"2022-07-15T22:28:22","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T22:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/?p=11057"},"modified":"2022-07-15T22:28:22","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T22:28:22","slug":"participation-in-vii-international-physiotherapy-seminar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/participation-in-vii-international-physiotherapy-seminar\/","title":{"rendered":"Participation in VII International Physiotherapy Seminar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation, Neiva headquarters, was present at the VII International Physiotherapy Seminar that was held virtually, in which the topic of oncological physiotherapy, topics and subtopics related to this important process that covers priority aspects for action were discussed. professional, such as public health, cancer in Colombia, the clinical approach to the person with cancer from physiotherapy, mental health and the work of the professional in physiotherapy with the person suffering from cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Teacher Maira Alejandra Camargo was in charge of representing Mar\u00eda Cano, in this important academic and research event, with the presentation: \u00abInterventions from the promotion of health and primary prevention of cancer in Colombia\u00bb where she presented her knowledge and experience on the main types of cancer present in Latin America and the incidence of cancer in the country.
