From the Competitive Referencing Unit, the Graduate Coordination and the \u00abSumar\u00bb group, the Impact and Follow-up Study is carried out for undergraduate graduates from the Cali campus. The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation, with the purpose of linking and achieving direct communication that involves graduates from the capital of Valle del Cauca with employers, managers or directors of Human Management of the companies that have an agreement with the institution, who have Accompanied the graduates and interns of the Mar\u00eda Cano in their processes of starting working life, it is carrying out a series of visits to its headquarters in Medell\u00edn, Cali, Neiva and Popay\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

The Impact and Follow-up Study for graduates is directed by the Sumar research group, which was present virtually throughout the interview with graduates of Mar\u00eda Cano and the talk addressed to the employer sector, together with the Head of Graduates, Jairo Hern\u00e1n Meneses Ordo\u00f1ez and the Competitive Referencing Unit. This work is carried out through a joint work that involves a qualitative and quantitative research process, and hopes to collect the information provided by the graduates and the participating employers about the experience lived in the study at the Institution, as well as in the work with graduates of Mar\u00eda Cano, respectively.<\/p>\n

This investigative study is already in the field work phase, which consists of applying information collection instruments, such as surveys to focus groups, directed interviews and the meeting with the employer sector. In addition, it seeks to provide graduates with an even more direct follow-up, making visits to their current jobs, in order to establish a communication with each of them that allows them to know how they feel and what their experience has been. in the labor field being graduates of Mar\u00eda Cano. With this information, it will be possible to analyze the processes that the Cali headquarters have carried out and which of them should be reinvented or strengthened.<\/p>\n

With all the information collected in this process, after the pertinent research and analysis protocols, between November and December 2022, there will be a document with the results at the national level, which will allow the institution to continue increasing the quality of its services. teaching processes so that graduates always leave the actions of the Institution high.<\/p>\n
