The Diploma in Contracting, Payroll and Social Benefits is aimed at providing the necessary elements in labor and social security matters in the determination of the obligations that the employer contracts with the employee in the employment relationship. It seeks to acquire theoretical-practical knowledge in labor and social security matters, such as employment contracts, payroll settlement, social security and social benefits that allow compliance with current regulations, thus avoiding legal processes.<\/p>\n
The Diploma in Talent Management will allow its participants to manage the actions of people in companies and convert human talent into a competitive advantage to direct organizations towards the objectives and goals set. Its objectives are to develop administrative criteria that allow participants to assimilate the importance of their professional work and the incidence of their management in the proper management of human potential within organizations and review the different aspects that make up the processes of administration of human talent. , emphasizing the role played by the psychologist in the subsystems of feeding, application, maintenance and development of human potential.<\/p>\n
The Diploma in Tax Management seeks to enhance the tax knowledge of the participants, providing tools that allow them to carry out tax management in which the business organization, the State and the community benefit, while providing students and professionals with the knowledge that enable them to assume the responsibilities inherent in the taxation process in the different areas of economic activity, considering the impact that taxes produce from the perspective of business management, such as the importance they have as a source of resources for the State.<\/p>\n
The institutional purpose, in Continuing Education, is to contribute to the qualification of students and professionals so that through their professional work they can impact and improve the quality of life of the society they serve.<\/p>\n
