This work of national coverage is directed by the Office of the Vice President for Extension and Social Projection of Mar\u00eda Cano, the Alumni Office and the Institutional Welfare area, with a constant commitment by the Institution to strengthen ties with graduates, employers and collaborators of the institution, so that the actions of those who completed the undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs are known and the way in which they contribute to the growth of the country, as well as the access they have to better living conditions, thanks to higher education; so that the strategies that must be strengthened can be known.<\/p>\n

In the city of Neiva, the activity was developed taking into account three very important points for Mar\u00eda Cano: start a conversation around the work that is being carried out on the impact study and follow-up of graduates in the country, know the opinion of the sector productive about the professional performance and training received, thank the employers and collaborators of the Institution for allowing students to do internships in their organizations and for hiring graduates from the different faculties, and the conference was also shared with the attendees called \u00abJob Happiness\u00bb to have a leisure space that would allow them to get out of the routine.<\/p>\n

The Mar\u00eda Cano Alumni Office is also currently conducting field work through interviews, with focus groups of graduates, to collect information on the situation of these important members of the university community, on their performance, progress, growth, satisfaction and quality of life index, which is a fundamental part of the Institution’s actions through academic training.<\/p>\n
