The activity took place on Monday, August 29 of this year, at the facilities of the San Buenaventura University in the capital of Bol\u00edvar.<\/p>\n
The dean of this unit of knowledge, representing the Institution, Marco Antonio Ruiz Correa, was present at the recognition ceremony, accompanied by emeritus researcher Humberto Serna G\u00f3mez, leader of the SUMAR group. It is important to highlight that different institutions that are committed to high-quality accreditation processes and that have been working for higher education in the country for years were also awarded. This new achievement of the Faculty of Business Sciences validates the relevance of the training proposal, the constant updating of the study plans, the work in face-to-face and virtual modalities, as well as the self-assessment work that is led in each period to reach the recognition of the National Accreditation Council.<\/p>\n
This event was scheduled within the framework of the celebration of the 36 years of existence of ASCOLFA, which promotes the academic excellence of its members, respecting their diversity and facilitating with its allies innovative and challenging spaces for reflection, so that, through a process of continuous improvement and with an international perspective, appropriate and generate relevant knowledge in administrative sciences for the equitable development of the country; as expressed in its institutional mission.<\/p>\n
ASCOLFA is committed to recognizing the work of the programs attached to the association, through different categories such as: Anniversary, Undergraduate Program Accreditation and International Accreditation; At the same time, it praises the work of higher education institutions in the work carried out by fulfilling years of work, high-quality institutional accreditation, change of academic character and international accreditation.<\/p>\n
The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation shares this recognition with the university community that makes possible the consolidation of actions in Antioquia and Colombia, through a relevant and timely educational proposal with different undergraduate and postgraduate programs.<\/p>\n
