{"id":11363,"date":"2022-09-26T18:47:32","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T18:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/?p=11363"},"modified":"2022-09-26T18:47:32","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T18:47:32","slug":"software-engineering-third-place-in-latin-american-innovation-rally-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/software-engineering-third-place-in-latin-american-innovation-rally-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Software Engineering: third place in Latin American Innovation Rally 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Software Engineering program team, made up of Professor Richard S\u00e1nchez and students Andr\u00e9s Felipe Tapias, Arin Daniel Pino and Deisy Alexandra Sayago, participated in the Latin American Innovation Rally 2022, supported in logistics by Professor Sandra Milena \u00c1lvarez and, at the level of specific knowledge in the technological area, by Professor Boris Mauricio Revelo, he came in third place in the social impact category with the mud avalanche challenge at the Creativity and Innovation Laboratory \u2013 UTB.<\/p>\n<p>This is an international competition whose purpose is to promote open innovation in university students in Latin America, which was developed by teams for 28 consecutive hours on September 23 and 24, 2022. In this edition, the venues were able to work in person and \/or virtual.
