<\/p>\nIn order to continue diversifying internationalization actions for the benefit of the university community, Rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras carries out relationship activities that benefit all members of the university community. Within the framework of the 17th Assembly of the Network of Latin American and Caribbean Associations of Private Universities – REALCUP, academic agreements were signed with important higher education institutions in the south of the American continent.<\/p>\n
It began with a cooperation framework agreement and a specific student mobility agreement with the Merchant Marine University of Argentina, within the framework of an international meeting held in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The Merchant Marine University was born in 1974 and to date has consolidated four faculties: Administration and economics; Legal, social and communication sciences; as well as Humanities and Engineering, where there are related programs for Psychology, Business Administration, Public Accounting and Software Engineering, also benefiting from the interdisciplinary work that can be generated between the different faculties.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Through this commitment, the institution seeks to continue meeting the goals set forth in the Development Plan in terms of internationalization through international relations and mobility in order to form a university community with a glocal projection.<\/p>\n

Likewise, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Universidad San Lorenzo de Paraguay, which trains professionals committed to the development of their community, based on respect, responsibility, honesty and an entrepreneurial leadership attitude; through the faculties of business sciences, arts and technology; Health and sports sciences; and legal sciences, politics, education and humanities.<\/p>\n
