In this way, Mar\u00eda Cano is committed to training and raising awareness so that pain relief is recognized as an integral part of the right to the best possible physical and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>World Pain Day is commemorated every year with the aim of improving the quality of life of people who suffer from it at some point in their lives, while calling on the urgent need to find relief from suffering. suffered by people with diseases that cause pain. According to the latest statistics released by the World Health Organization, one in five people in the world suffer from moderate to severe chronic pain, and one in three cannot maintain an independent lifestyle. For its part, the International Association for the Study of Pain defines pain as an \u201cunpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage\u201d.
