The honorees on this occasion, in accordance with the provisions of the Academic Regulations, in Chapter XIII Incentives, Article 67, were in First place: Daniel Echeverri Carvajal from Physiotherapy Medell\u00edn, Mar\u00eda Rebeca V\u00e9lez Montoya from Speech Therapy Medell\u00edn, Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Ayos Cabrales from Psychology, Johana Meliza \u00c1lvarez Jaramillo from Business Administration (face-to-face), Mar\u00eda Camila Villegas Atehort\u00faa Business Administration (virtual), Mar\u00eda Paulina C\u00e1rdenas Henao from Public Accounting (face-to-face), Juan Pablo Ru\u00edz Bonilla from Public Accounting (virtual), Miguel Antonio Restrepo Arismendy from Software Engineering, Lina Mar\u00eda Aristiz\u00e1bal from Physiotherapy Cali, Tatiana Julieth Cometa Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez from Physiotherapy Popay\u00e1n, Briyith Ospina Velasco from Speech Therapy Popayan.<\/p>\n

For third place: Natalia Guar\u00edn Mu\u00f1oz from Physiotherapy Medell\u00edn, Jessica Alejandra Mazo Ocampo from Speech Therapy Medell\u00edn, Mar\u00eda Alejandra Yepes Pavony from Psychology, Gilbert Alexander Navarro Rold\u00e1n from Business Administration (virtual), Jonny Alexander Aristiz\u00e1bal from Public Accounting (in person), Natalia Andrea V\u00e1squez Ru\u00edz from Public Accounting (virtual) and Maicol Andr\u00e9s Betancur Suaza from Software Engineering.<\/p>\n
The act from Medell\u00edn and with national transmission was led by the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras, the vice rectors Jorge Albeiro Herrera Builes and Calos Julio Escobar Nore\u00f1a; as well as the office coordinators Ang\u00e9lica Mar\u00eda Zuluaga Calle and N\u00e9stor Alonso Perlaza Ru\u00edz. The Superior Council defined the percentage on the payment of tuition fees that is granted as an incentive to the three undergraduate students who achieve the best academic averages as follows: for the first place the 100% exemption, for the second place the exemption of 50% and for third place the exemption of 30%.<\/p>\n
For the election of the winners, the Faculty Councils proceeded to issue a concept to the Rectory, after verification of the requirements and analysis of the academic and disciplinary history of the students selected to grant the Scholarship for Academic Excellence.<\/p>\n
