In the dialogue and relationship space, the capacities of the Institution to support the companies of this important multinational that has more than 7,700 employees in various countries of Latin America, the United States and Europe were exposed. In Colombia its most representative company is Protecci\u00f3n AFP.<\/p>\n<p>The visit made by the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras and the vice rectors Carlos Julio Escobar Nore\u00f1a and Jorge Albeiro Herrera Builes, to the SURA Presidency, was also attended by Catalina Restrepo Cardona, Vice President of Human Talent and Sustainability of the organization.<\/p>\n<p>On its website, SURA Asset Management highlights the following: \u00abSURA Asset Management was born in 2011 as a subsidiary of Grupo SURA, within the framework of the acquisition of assets, owned by ING, in the Pension, Life Insurance and Funds businesses. investment in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay, acquisition completed on December 29, 2011. However, this history dates back to the early 1980s with the implementation in Chile of individual capitalization systems, where Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones Santa Mar\u00eda S.A., today AFP Capital, was established in 1981.
