With significant assistance, the academic activity led by the Faculty of Business Sciences was carried out through the administrative, financial and accounting office, the Sumando y Contando seedbed, the coordination of practices and the office of graduates and Mar\u00eda Cano; which had the virtual presence of a group of women panelists and experts on the subject of quality of business work life, including Dr. \u00c1ngela Mar\u00eda Henao, National Director of Human Management of the Cooperative University of Colombia, Mrs. Celia Yaneth Quiroz, professor and researcher at the Technological Institute of Sonora Mexico and Nancy Liliana Cuartas, coordinator of the Mar\u00eda Cano consulting center.<\/p>\n

Throughout the year 2023, several academic meetings have been scheduled, which facilitate enriching the knowledge of students, graduates, teachers and the general public, on topics such as project formulation, qualitative research, and others that strengthen professional action, generate personal well-being and employment in the university community.<\/p>\n

There were various opinions from the attendees, who mentioned the importance of the topic for students and graduates by becoming a tool to strengthen their knowledge and generate new strategies within their work and professional life. It is expected that, in the second semester of 2023, the programming will have an international participation that allows the crossing of knowledge and cultures in students and graduates.<\/p>\n
