With the objective of strengthening the collaborative work aimed at obtaining the double degree for the postgraduate programs of the Faculty of Business Sciences of Mar\u00eda Cano, the exchange of teachers and the generation of research proposals around the study areas of the programs, the Institution receives international directors Carmen Rita Espaillat Soto, advisor and teacher at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo; and Marcia Yakelin Andujar De Los Santos, postgraduate director of that Institution.<\/p>\n

Until Tuesday, July 27, they will develop an agenda that includes the presentation of the academic programs for the approval processes between both institutions, business visits will be made to learn about the new dynamics in virtual training models and metaverse, the socialization of work carried out by Mar\u00eda Cano through the financial intelligence laboratory, with which it is intended to accompany the Master’s Degree in Finance and Capital Markets of the UASD.<\/p>\n

On its website, the Caribbean institution highlights that: \u00abThe University of Santo Domingo was created through the Bull In Apostolatus Culmine, issued on October 28, 1538 by Pope Paul III, which raised to that category the General Study that the Dominicans ruled Santo Domingo since 1518, the viceregal seat of colonization and the oldest colonial establishment in the New World. He began his teachings organized in four Faculties: Medicine, Law, Theology and Arts, in accordance with the norms established at the time for similar institutions in the metropolis. Arts studies included two modalities, namely: the trivium that included Grammar, Rhetoric and Logic and the quadrivium, which included Arithmetic, Geometry, Astronomy and Music\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Faculty of Business Sciences advances in the self-assessment process and the high-quality accreditation route for the Public Accounting program, as well as the international recognition of the academic and investigative processes that are developed within the dynamics of the business sector. One of the main goals is the presentation to society of a future Master of Administration program.<\/p>\n
