Thanks to their commitment and motivation with the institution and the community, the young people demonstrated that they were prepared for this important stage in their training process. The direct relationship with the patients and the reality of care for the inhabitants of the region will allow them to develop and improve their skills and knowledge thus provided social development in the Huilense region.<\/p>\n<p>The Headquarters coordinator, Diana Mar\u00eda Salazar Rojas, together with the professors who have been protagonists in the training process, gave a few words of motivation and thanks to the students, motivating them to continue their tireless work with the community, not to give up in the face of difficult moments and to continue training, improving more every day. The importance of making a selfless dedication to service to the community was highlighted, while highlighting the need to work in accordance with the principles of respect, equity, excellence, leadership, transparency and responsibility that are promoted in the population of La Mar\u00eda.
