\u00abI am Bladimir Tello Padilla, graduated from Mar\u00eda Cano in 2018, I feel very grateful to the Institution, because during my educational process I received comprehensive training. This training defined the patient as a complete functional being and not as a section of the body to be recovered due to their injury. This concept is of great importance, since it led me to become a complete professional in the intervened management of my patients and processes, which I would later apply in my professional development. After finishing my professional studies, I entered the world of work, where each of the areas I studied in my degree helped me define the profiles in which I worked. I started in the Intensive Care Unit for 6 months, a period in which I further reinforced the application of the knowledge acquired in the area of \u200b\u200bneurology and cardiology.<\/p>\n
At the end of this process, I joined the IPS Vivir, where I performed various functions. I was the front line in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, performing a total of 490 PCR tests, both positive and negative, for different populations that attended the IPS. In addition, I carried out occupational health activities in collaboration with the Calidad Asesores entity for various companies nationwide, within the different programs they offered, such as postural hygiene, ergonomics, active breaks and job inspection, in coordination with the different ARLs. . Subsequently, I assumed the position of coordinator of the physiotherapy area in the different sports venues for the 2021 Junior Pan American Games. I also managed to carry out home care processes with BIC, with a focus on patient safety and work well-being.<\/p>\n
Currently, I am a physical therapist in CRT care for the CLIPSO program, working with dermatology patients on a conditioning and follow-up plan for the management of body mass index (BMI). Given my professional career, the idea arose to create the IPS SEMPER SIMUL, of which I am the manager. This project is a partnership that promotes multidisciplinary work from all areas of rehabilitation to help meet the objectives set for service users and respond to the health system in terms of the patient’s evolution in the face of their different ailments.\u00bb<\/p>\n
The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation congratulates Bladimir Tello Padilla for his exceptional professional career and thanks him for carrying with him the values \u200b\u200band excellence that represent our institution.
