Within the framework of the ICETEX Community project, an initiative that results from the management by this Institution over the years, in which the requests of the beneficiaries have been listened to to give life to a program that understands their needs and accompanies them. In its journey through higher education, the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding with ICETEX in order to join forces in order to implement actions that help strengthen the educational trajectories of the current and potential users of the allied entity in three moments of their educational career: Before (completing secondary education and beginning of transition to higher education), during (permanence in higher education) and after (in the transition to productive life).<\/p>\n

Among the activities contemplated in the agreement are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Carry out joint actions to guarantee the educational permanence of the beneficiaries of the ICETEX Community.<\/li>\n
  2. Wide and varied offer of continuous training courses, both in-person and virtual, training in English as a second language, MOOC and NOOC.<\/li>\n
  3. Carrying out joint educational fairs that promote the academic, scientific and intercultural offering of Mar\u00eda Cano and access to the portfolio and financing options from ICETEX.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In this way, the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation consolidates strategic alliances that seek to foster well-being environments suitable for academic development in the country, through initiatives that seek to generate comprehensive support throughout the educational trajectory of students. ICETEX Community is one of those young people who dream of entrepreneurship and are looking for a program that gives them tools to make it a reality, it is one of the young people who want better opportunities to do their internships and access meaningful jobs, it is one of the young people who have always thought that Education and support is the answer to having a better future.<\/p>\n
