{"id":13045,"date":"2023-12-15T19:38:22","date_gmt":"2023-12-15T19:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/?p=13045"},"modified":"2023-12-15T19:38:22","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T19:38:22","slug":"everyone-to-study-english-culminated-successfully","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/everyone-to-study-english-culminated-successfully\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abEveryone to Study English\u00bb culminated successfully"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The \u00abEveryone to Study English\u00bb strategy of the Secretariat of Education of the Mayor&#8217;s Office of Santiago de Cali was successfully completed in which, since August, the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation participated as an Institution for Work and Human Development in English language training for 80 students from line one and 32 young people from line two, from different official schools in the city of Cali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13047\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingles-cali-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingles-cali-1.jpg 840w, https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingles-cali-1-768x393.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the closing event, attended by Dr. Jes\u00fas Mauricio Olarte, Bilingualism Leader of the District Education Secretariat, Dr. Sandra Andrea Aranda and Mr. Julio C\u00e9sar Arenas, coordinators of the two lines of the project \u00abEveryone to Study English \u00ab, accompanying Dr. Alba Liliana Garz\u00f3n Calder\u00f3n, headquarters coordinator, at the main table; who thanked the municipal administration for generating initiatives that improve the competitive advantages of the students of the capital of Valle del Cauca: \u201cwe are very happy to have planted a seed in this project, teaching English and positioning Mar\u00eda Cano and to the Language Center, as a University of high quality and social impact.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13048\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingles-cali-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingles-cali-3.jpg 840w, https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingles-cali-3-768x393.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this way, the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation delivered the certificate of participation to each beneficiary who successfully completed it, with a duration of 120 and 600 hours of training, depending on the level completed.
