The Psychology program of the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation, with the leadership of professors Natalia G\u00f3mez and M\u00f3nica Alexandra Cadavid, through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit in relationship with the company Grupo Humano Consultores, presented the project called: \u00abApplication for the evaluation and monitoring of the organizational climate\u00bb to the Tecnoparque Colombia Network of the SENA Antioquia node.<\/p>\n
The work team had been advancing in the construction of an instrument for measuring the organizational climate adapted to Colombian companies, with a result of a tool called CLIO 7F, made up of seven factors that evaluate the phenomenon: Relationship with the leader, Relationship with the team, Identification with the organization, Coherence and Communication, Environmental factors, Compensation and Benefits.<\/p>\n
As a complement to the process, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit linked and accompanied the Mar\u00eda Cano and Grupo Humano Consultores team with Tecnoparques to request support and continue with the second phase of the project, the materialization of the instrument in a software and mobile application. The idea was submitted to the network through the platform and in April of this year, the invitation was received to present the proposal to the ideas committee. The initiative was approved by the Technological Bases Ideas Selection Committee of this entity on April 26, managing to join the group of innovative entrepreneurs of this important network.<\/p>\n
This project articulates psychological measurement and technology, thanks to the development of instruments with rigor and scientific support from Psychology and the incorporation of technological elements that allow data to be obtained in real time, in an agile way and under automation processes, putting the knowledge at the service of the progress and development of human capital and organizations.<\/p>\n
