The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation received, at the Medell\u00edn headquarters, Dr. Efr\u00e9n Romero Ria\u00f1o, executive director of the Colombian Science and Technology Observatory (OCyT) and the Innovation leader, Laura Altamiranda. The visit, which took place on May 29, 2024 at the facilities of the Center for Research and Business Development, with the main objective of exploring possible avenues of collaboration between both institutions in the field of Science, Technology and Innovation (CTI). ).<\/p>\n

During the work day, the meeting was held with the research director of the Institution, Nelson Alberto R\u00faa Ceballos, as well as with the professor and researcher of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Mariutsi Alexandra Osorio Sanabria. In these meetings, the strengths and capabilities of both institutions were discussed, and opportunities were explored to develop joint initiatives and projects on topics associated with the measurement of scientific activity, open science and innovation.<\/p>\n
