On June 13 and 14, 2024, the National Meeting of Researchers of the Colombian Association of Psychology Faculties – Ascofapsi was held, with the participation of members of psychology programs from across the country. The agenda generated reflections on current research and its impact on the future of psychology, in addition to prospective research related to mental health and artificial intelligence as a mediator of interventions in this profession. One of the lines of work was led by the Directorate of the psychology program, called: \u00abDisciplinary development and training of the psychologist\u00bb where the team of Mar\u00eda Cano researchers actively participated in the development of the academic NODOS exercise.<\/p>\n

Among the topics that were worked on at the professionals’ meeting, the interventions carried out on Psychology and Peace, Well-being and Mental Health, New Identities, Inclusion and Contemporary Subjectivities, Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Disciplinary Development and Training of the Psychologist, as well as Environmental Care and Sustainability. The academic and research activity allowed us to learn about the work carried out by different higher education institutions to project and position the actions of the discipline in the following years, in accordance with the trends in different parts of the world.<\/p>\n
