Thanks to the support of the International Experts program of the Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad \u2013 ICETEX, with the sponsorship for international academic mobility, Dr. Mariutsi Alexandra Osorio Sanabria, professor of the Faculty of Engineering, participated in the 19th Conference Ib\u00e9rica of Information Systems and Technologies \u2013 CISTI’2024, which was developed at the University of Salamanca, Spain.<\/p>\n

\nThis event is held annually with the objective of presenting and discussing knowledge, new perspectives, experiences and innovations in the field of information systems and technologies. Within the framework of the topic \u00abOrganizational Models and Information Systems\u00bb, Dr. Osorio gave the presentation titled \u00abAnalysis of Industry 4.0 Taxonomies: A Global Perspective\u00bb, a result of the research project \u00abResearch trends in industry 4.0 and 5.0\u00bb, which is developed in cooperation with Dr. Astrid Jaime, professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, Bogot\u00e1 headquarters.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of academic mobility in the Iberian country, Dr. Osorio established contact with researchers from the University of Chile, University of B\u00edo-B\u00edo and the University of Valle.
\nThe ICETEX International Experts program supports Colombian higher education, technical and technological institutions in their internationalization efforts. By financing the participation of experts in events and activities, the program benefits both institutions registered in the Reciprocity Program for Foreigners and those that collaborate with the Colombian government.<\/p>\n
