Since the beginning of the practice, students have carried out activities focused on preventive work, with the aim of optimizing the physical performance of young fighters and reducing the risk of injuries. This experience not only allows them to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real environment, but also contributes to the comprehensive development of athletes in training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13679\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-09-20-at-6.12.25-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-09-20-at-6.12.25-PM.jpeg 840w, https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-09-20-at-6.12.25-PM-768x393.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the training sessions, exercises have been implemented aimed at strengthening specific skills and promoting adequate physical preparation. This support has given students the opportunity to identify the individual needs of athletes, which has facilitated the adaptation of activities in an effective and personalized manner.
