This event was held at the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City, from January 22 to 24, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The conference presented was titled \u201cPreparing the Workforce for Industry 4.0.\u201d This work is the result of the research project titled \u00abResearch Trends in Industry 4.0 and 5.0,\u00bb developed in collaboration with Dr. Astrid Jaime from the Corporaci\u00f3n Universitaria Minuto de Dios &#8211; Uniminuto in Bogot\u00e1. It is worth mentioning that the work also involved the participation of Bryhan Manuel Valdes-Meza, an industrial engineering student from Uniminuto.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in such events provides the institution with the opportunity to identify global trends and align with them, sharing this knowledge with students as they advance in their education.
