The event was held at the facilities of the Institute of Professional Technical Education (INTEP) in Roldanillo, Valle del Cauca.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"1240\">Mar\u00eda Cano was represented by Physiotherapy student and seedbed researcher Mariana Cruz Sep\u00falveda, who presented the paper \u00abEvaluation of Graduates&#8217; Perception and Satisfaction with the Training Practices in the Physiotherapy Program.\u00bb This work is part of a macro-project led by researchers from the Cali campus: Jorge Manrique, Juli\u00e1n Cer\u00f3n, and Leydin Carolina V\u00e1squez, who, along with researcher Nelson Andrade, also participated as evaluators of papers from other institutions and as moderators in the presentation rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1279\">The presented research revealed that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1611\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1399\">84% of graduates consider the training practices to be \u00abrelevant\u00bb or \u00abvery relevant\u00bb to their professional training.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1519\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1519\">90% highlighted that these practices allowed them to acquire key technical skills for their professional performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1611\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1611\">92% positively valued the development of soft skills, such as communication and teamwork.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1817\">These results emphasize the importance of training practices in the development of competent physiotherapists and their impact on employability, while also providing insights to improve curriculum design.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"2210\">The participation of Mar\u00eda Cano in this academic space reflects its commitment to formative research training and its contribution to the development of the health sector in southwestern Colombia.
