As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen international academic cooperation, the Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Mar\u00eda Cano \u2013 Medell\u00edn campus welcomes a group of students from the National University of Costa Rica (UNA), enrolled in the Bachelor\u2019s programs in Human Movement and Physical Preparation and Sports Rehabilitation. The visiting students are participating in an academic mobility program alongside the Specialization in Sports Physiotherapy.<\/p>\n
During their stay, the students will engage in academic and professional exchange activities focused on the analysis of rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and high-performance sports training. This initiative seeks to integrate physiotherapeutic, biomechanical, and physical training perspectives, reinforcing the development of highly skilled professionals in the fields of sports and health.<\/p>\n
As part of the program\u2019s agenda, participants will visit top-tier sports clubs such as Deportivo Independiente Medell\u00edn (DIM) and Atl\u00e9tico Nacional, both renowned for their methodological structure in sports sciences and interdisciplinary work in medical and sports physiotherapy areas. These experiences will allow students to observe first-hand the planning, intervention, and rehabilitation processes of elite athletes.<\/p>\n
