Students from the Nutrition program in Puebla and Physiotherapy students from Mar\u00eda Cano Cali actively participated in this initiative, developing two academic proposals aimed at strengthening international collaborative learning and research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14989\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5534-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5534-1.jpg 840w, https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5534-1-768x393.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For three weeks, both groups comparatively explored the perception and use of front-of-package warning labels on food among university students in Puebla and Cali, as well as the participants&#8217; eating habits and self-perceived health. Through synchronous and asynchronous activities, mixed teams were formed to adapt survey instruments, administer online questionnaires, and analyze the data obtained, promoting intercultural reflection and teamwork.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14990\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5530.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5530.jpg 840w, https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5530-768x393.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Among the project deliverables were combined databases, infographics, comparative tables, mini-reports, and hybrid presentations shared between the universities.
