The initiative sought to promote synergy and a strong sense of teamwork as essential foundations for effective and sustainable organizational performance.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, participants developed key skills such as teamwork, assertive communication, emotional management, and conflict resolution\u2014competencies that contribute to healthy coexistence and a stronger organizational climate. A total of 135 individuals, including employees and their families, took part in this activity, benefiting from an enriching experience of collaboration and relationship-building.<\/p>\n<p>The session took place at Aguas Claras Event Center, located in the municipality of Girardota in the northern area of the Valle de Aburr\u00e1. This natural setting provided an ideal environment for dialogue, reflection, and consensus-building, which are fundamental elements of the training processes led by the institution.<\/p>\n<p>The Organizational Consulting Center at Mar\u00eda Cano advises, guides, and supports companies in achieving their goals by identifying needs and turning them into opportunities.
