The Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation\u00a0continues to consolidate its leadership in research training and curriculum internationalization, following the outstanding participation of its faculty members in the call for the creation of the Delf\u00edn Program Researchers Directory 2026, one of the most recognized initiatives in Latin America for the mobility and training of young researchers.<\/p>\n
In this call, the Institution achieved the inclusion of 35 active faculty researchers, who will participate as academic advisors in the 31st Summer of Scientific and Technological Research, a space that promotes knowledge exchange and the development of intercultural competencies among students and researchers from national and international universities.<\/p>\n

\nInstitutional participation demonstrates a strong commitment to scientific development in the field of health. 97.2% of the participating faculty members belong to the Faculty of Health Sciences, led by the Physical Therapy program, followed by Speech Therapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Nutrition and Dietetics. Likewise, the participation of the Business Administration program stands out, reflecting the Institution\u2019s interest in strengthening interdisciplinary research.<\/p>\n
\nThe projects proposed by faculty members show significant alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, which accounts for 82.9% of the proposals. This result reaffirms the coherence between institutional research, social responsibility, and contributions to improving the quality of life of communities.<\/p>\n
\nAs part of their participation in the program, faculty members will offer placements for national and international students interested in undertaking research stays. In this process, 82.9% of professors will supervise students in face-to-face modality, while 17.1% will do so virtually, expanding access to research training experiences and strengthening students\u2019 scientific vocation.<\/p>\n
\nThe results achieved reflect Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Mar\u00eda Cano\u2019s commitment to knowledge generation and transfer, as well as to the training of human talent with critical, ethical, and innovative thinking. Participation in the Delf\u00edn Program also represents an opportunity to strengthen academic networks, promote inter-institutional cooperation, and project the social impact of institutional research.<\/p>\n
