As part of the International Women\u2019s Month celebration, Practicum I students from the Physiotherapy program at Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Mar\u00eda Cano, Popay\u00e1n campus, organized a recreational and integration activity with older adults from the municipality, promoting spaces for well-being and community participation.<\/p>\n

The activity took place within the community outreach setting, where students organized a gathering that included recreational dynamics and intervention strategies aimed at supporting the physical and emotional well-being of the participants. These activities helped strengthen social interaction and created moments of joy and companionship for the older adults.<\/p>\n

During the event, the future physiotherapists shared various activities designed to encourage movement, recreation, and social interaction, contributing to the promotion of healthy habits and the improvement of quality of life for this population.<\/p>\n
