Their enrollment marks another milestone in the consolidation of an academic community committed to excellence, innovation, and the transformation of healthcare services.<\/p>\n<p>The Specialization in Critical Care Speech-Language Pathology aims to educate professionals with strong scientific, procedural, ethical, and social foundations for decision-making in speech-language pathology interventions within high-complexity hospital services. Through a comprehensive approach, the program addresses communication disorders and oral-pharyngeal dysfunctions associated with critical medical conditions.<\/p>\n<p>As the only higher education institution in Colombia offering this specialization, Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Mar\u00eda Cano assumes the responsibility of leading the education of professionals capable of responding to the current challenges of healthcare delivery while strengthening the role of Speech-Language Pathology within interdisciplinary teams caring for critically ill patients.<\/p>\n<p>The program develops specialists with critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, social commitment, a global perspective, and advanced technical and procedural expertise.
