On this occasion, the Software Engineering program within the Faculty of Engineering conducted an Applied Statistics mirror class in collaboration with Universidad del Sin\u00fa, promoting collaborative learning and knowledge exchange between both institutions.<\/p>\n
The session was led by professors Santander P\u00e9rez Vargas and Amaury Ortega C., who guided students through the study of Pareto and Ishikawa diagrams, two widely used tools for data analysis, problem identification, decision-making, and continuous improvement processes in organizational and technological environments.<\/p>\n
