Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Mar\u00eda Cano continues to promote academic development and interinstitutional collaboration spaces that contribute to workers\u2019 well-being and the creation of safer work environments. On this occasion, the Popay\u00e1n campus joins an important initiative led by the Occupational Health and Safety Committees Network of the Department of Cauca.<\/p>\n

As part of this academic event, the participation of Dr. Andrew Thatcher, a renowned international scholar and Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand, stands out.
