Los estudiantes de la Instituci\u00f3n: Edwin Sa\u00fal Trujillo, Mayra Gabriela Carvajal, Eliana Yerald\u00edn Rivas, Daniel Alejandro Leiva y Natalia Barreiro M\u00e9ndez; bajo la direcci\u00f3n del docente Leonardo Fabio Medina, dieron a conocer su proyecto llamado \u201cPODYRELAX\u201d en el que termin\u00f3 convenciendo al jurado de ser merecedores del primer lugar ante diferentes instituciones que tambi\u00e9n participaron del encuentro.<\/p>\n<p>PODYRELAX, es un prototipo dise\u00f1ado para favorecer a aquellas personas que permanecen gran cantidad de tiempo sentadas. Cuando esto sucede, lo que origina en parte de nuestro cuerpo, son cambios como la parestesia (sensaci\u00f3n de hormigueo). Este instrumento act\u00faa teniendo movimiento vertical y horizontal ejerciendo un mayor retorno sangu\u00edneo evitando reacciones inc\u00f3modas que se presentan constantemente al no contar con \u201cpausas activas\u201d. Esta innovadora m\u00e1quina trabaja principalmente la rodilla, cuello de pie y de esta manera ejerce efecto de relajaci\u00f3n plantar debido a que cuenta con un rodillo fabricado en madera.<\/p>\n<p>Se maneja v\u00eda Bluetooth en el que se indica la direcci\u00f3n de inclinaci\u00f3n o desplazamiento que se desea y por \u00faltimo se mide el tiempo que se quiere utilizar.
