La Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Mar\u00eda Cano fue anfitriona de la reuni\u00f3n mensual de la Red Universitaria de Extensi\u00f3n y Proyecci\u00f3n Social \u2013 RUEP, organismo que re\u00fane a jefes, directores y vicerrectores de Extensi\u00f3n y Proyecci\u00f3n Social de 27 Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior de Antioquia,\u00a0que\u00a0representan al departamento ante en la l\u00ednea de extensi\u00f3n universitaria de la Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Universidades \u2013ASCUN, con el objetivo de generar estrategias y programas, desde la educaci\u00f3n superior, que respondan a las necesidades de la regi\u00f3n, del departamento y del pa\u00eds, en la b\u00fasqueda de la cualificaci\u00f3n profesional de quienes lideran las organizaciones; as\u00ed como de actividades que generen bienestar comunitario.<\/p>\n

Durante la actividad, el Vicerrector de Extensi\u00f3n y Proyecci\u00f3n Social de la Mar\u00eda Cano, Carlos Julio Escobar Nore\u00f1a, present\u00f3 los avances y los logros que ha obtenido la Instituci\u00f3n en la \u00faltima vigencia y que aportan\u00a0a la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s justa y ecu\u00e1nime, en la que el acceso a la educaci\u00f3n superior y a los servicios de proyecci\u00f3n de la IES, sea cada vez una realidad m\u00e1s evidente en la sociedad.<\/p>\n
