Its objective was to promote skills development for the academic training of Maria Cano\u2019s teacher trainers towards teaching-learning processes, based on concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship, thus allowing the transfer, multiplication and application of the knowledge acquired during training with the academic community in general.<\/p>\n<p>The diploma was carried out under the Blended Learning methodology, a mixed modality that combines face-to-face and virtuality as strategies for educational reengineering, re-definition of knowledge and learning with convergence in digital devices and scenarios, achieving the transcendence from conventional environments. The Diploma was developed through 6 modules: Awareness of being (8 hours), Innovation (36 hours), Entrepreneurship (16 hours), Mar\u00eda Cano Innovation Model (8 hours), Agile methodologies for innovation and entrepreneurship (16 hours) and Social projects formulation (16 hours).<\/p>\n<p>The proposal was led from the Academic Vice Rectory through the School of Business Sciences, under the execution and dynamization of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of the institution.
