The eighth semester student Juan Daniel S\u00e1nchez Valencia, with the support of some interdisciplinary professionals\u2019 team, such as geneticist Mar\u00eda Amparo Acosta and neuropediatrician Alberto Bladimir Zambrano, socialized the case. Other professionals participated during the academic activity, analyzed the case, and provided intervention strategies from their own specialties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Otolaryngologist doctor, Diego Alfonso Velasco<\/li>\n<li>Phonoaudiologist, Adriana S\u00e1nchez, specialized in Child Language Intervention<\/li>\n<li>Phonoaudiologist, Sonia Esperanza Illeras, a prosthetic audiologist<\/li>\n<li>Psychiatry specialist, Juanita Mu\u00f1oz<\/li>\n<li>Occupational therapist and specialist in Physical and Sports Activity and Health Quality, Carolina Rosero Le\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This important meeting for the university community also had the participation of the patient&#8217;s relatives in order to learn a little more about the pathology and possible intervention processes.
