Students from different semesters, in the company of the international intern Summer Marsh, and Professor Angela Silva visited the exhibition called \u2018The Witness\u2019 at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art La Tertulia. This exhibition includes the careful work by renowned journalist Jes\u00fas Abad Colorado which in more than 500 Photographs in different formats manages to portray the face of the Colombian peasantry in the midst of the conflict and the landscapes of violence, but in turn, the hope and resistance of thousands of victims.<\/p>\n
It was very emotional for the participants since they felt highly sensitized by the image of the history of conflict and violence in our country.
\nIn addition, they made a short tour of Hernando Tejada’s \u201cEl Gato del Rio\u201d art. These moments of recreation and learning are constituted in the academic community institutional principles. Director of the Ana Lucia Llano Museum welcomed us and praised the agreement as a step forward for the city and the department’s culture.<\/p>\n
