{"id":9572,"date":"2021-04-13T22:40:16","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T22:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/?p=9572"},"modified":"2021-04-14T15:04:24","modified_gmt":"2021-04-14T15:04:24","slug":"publication-of-top-article-for-the-fisioter-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fumc.edu.co\/en\/publication-of-top-article-for-the-fisioter-group\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication of TOP article for the FISIOTER group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Popay\u00e1n headquarters of the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation, in its commitment to quality in research and as a contribution to the Research Group: Importance of the Movement in Human Development FISIOTER, shares with the academic community the publication of the article \u201cUltrasound elastography in the assessment of the stiffness of spastic muscles: a Systematic Review \u00ab, in the Ultrasound in Medicine &amp; Biology Magazine, categorized by Scimago Journal &amp; Country Rank (SJR) in Q1, in which the researcher Elizabeth Rold\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez, Magister in Neurorehabilitation, is co-author.<\/p>\n<p>The article arises from the collaborative work between the University of Cauca and the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation around the shared interest in contributing to the advancement in the assessment of muscle spasticity and the prognosis in functional motor recovery in patients with nervous system disorders.
