This work is authored by professors Humberto Serna G\u00f3mez, Ricardo Le\u00f3n S\u00e1nchez Arenas, both from the Mar\u00eda Cano Business Administration program and researchers from the SUMAR group, as well as Professors Jorge Guadalupe Mendoza Le\u00f3n from the Technological Institute of Sonora &#8211; ITSON , Mexico and Juan Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda Ochoa from the University of Sonora &#8211; UNISON, from the same country.<\/p>\n<p>The writing is the product of the Impact Assessment research in undergraduate and postgraduate training that is being developed at the Mar\u00eda Cano University Foundation and whose model was conceived in the PhD thesis of Professor Ricardo Le\u00f3n S\u00e1nchez Arenas.
