This course discusses the WAN technologies and the network services required by convergent applications in a complex network. This course enables students to understand the selection criteria of network devices and technologies to meet certain requirements. Students will learn how to set and troubleshoot network devices and solve common issues in data link protocols. Students will also develop knowledge and skills needed to implement virtual private networks (VPN) operations in a complex network.
