The María Cano University Foundation in the city of Popayán, has a headquarters located at Calle 16N #6 – 57 in the El memoria neighborhood in the north of the city, it has easy access to public transportation because it is located in middle of the two main roads of the city (Panamericana and Carrera 6).

Its location is strategic, in the sector with the highest concentration of health institutions, such as the San José University Hospital and the La Estancia Clinic, the most important in the city, and it is also close to various educational and recreational institutions; Very close to the headquarters, there are important shopping centers and restaurant areas. In front of the María Cano facilities is El memoria Park, which has a large leisure and recreation area for students and the community in general, who make constant use of this outdoor space in the capital of Cauca.

The physical infrastructure has eight floors, including the underground, which functions as a parking lot for the university community. On the additional floors there are classrooms, a systems room, laboratories for practicing the academic process, a library, a fitness center, and a cafeteria. , teachers’ room, research room, administrative offices, kitchenettes, bathrooms for women and men, elevator, meeting room, as well as university wellness spaces for practicing sports activities such as table tennis, chess and cultural activities.
