The Physiotherapy Program bases its work on the law 528 of 1999, which in its academic conception has as an essential object of study the understanding and management of human body movement through the different stages of life.

Based on the national and international referents of the profession and in accordance with the Institutional policies, the purpose of the program is to train suitable and integral professionals by guaranteeing their development in the social, psychological and biological environments, in the different areas and fields of professional performance, in such a way that they respond to the training requirements at a regional, national and international level.

Admision Profile

The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent abroad and have taken the State test for admission to Higher Education.  Additionally, the applicant must show interest in health sciences, rehabilitation and the study of human body movement, as well as comply with each of the admission requirements established by the institution.
