A great visit from the University of Pamplona
- 28 julio, 2021

At the María Cano University Foundation we are happy with the arrival, at the Medellín campus, of the students of the Speech Therapy program, Marian Meza Suárez and Diego Saumet Rodríguez, who traveled from Norte de Santander to advance the last semester exchange, during the period 2021-II. Their trip to the capital of Antioquia took place after an academic search in which they learned about the experience that colleagues from their institution have had in previous semesters, but also knowing the great reputation of the professionals of the María Cano Speech Therapy program.
Marian Meza is a student in her last semester and the mother of three girls, her main motivation for taking the exchange is to know the culture of Medellín and experience the opportunities that the region offers for future professional life. She considers the arrival at María Cano as a great opportunity to learn and have new experiences that allow her to expand her training as a speech therapist. In addition, he saw the services offered by the IPS María Cano as an excellent option to get closer to the community and develop significant human potential.
Diego Saumet is also finishing his studies and through the Colombian Association of Speech Therapy Students – ACEFONO – he had already begun to investigate study options in other regions of Colombia. During his first days in Medellín, he highlighted the friendliness of the people, the climate, the ease of transit through the city with the massive transportation systems, and he anxiously waited to begin interacting with the other students of the Institution.
