These days of dialogue, which have the support of different organizations, including higher education institutions, are included in the Municipal Youth Platform, of which the Citizen Participation Subsystem is part, contemplated in the Youth Laws 1622 of 2013 and 1885 of 2018 that establish, among other things, spaces for youth participation for the generation of development and action plans, where all members of the community feel heard and valued.
