In the activity, research results from the last year will be socialized, with the participation of professors and students linked to the Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Psychology programs; as well as the specializations in Health Services Administration, Comprehensive Early Childhood Care, Occupational Health Management, Audiology and Public Health, giving an account of the transversality of research in the academic training of the programs and how they are strengthened and consolidate the research lines of the Faculty.
In this event, which highlights the commitment and investigative tradition, health is established as a transcendental factor in the well-being and quality of life of people, an issue that is supported by national policies: PAÍS Policy and MAITE Model; in which international guidelines such as the Sustainable Development Goals converge, in relation to Health and well-being.
The María Cano University Foundation will develop the activity in the virtual modality, to have the participation of the members of the university community; students and professors from the Medellín, Cali, Neiva and Popayán campuses, as well as with virtual students, who will be the main validators of actions in research for service to society as a way to transform lives throughout the national territory and in the whole world.
