MEUNE at the Sena Medellín Innovation Hub

Leaders of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Units that belong to Meune – University Board of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and in which the María Cano University Foundation actively participates, working during a day in order to comply with the table’s value proposition, the which seeks to connect and articulate the work of Higher Education Institutions n entrepreneurship, with the different actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem to generate knowledge and tools that allow to enhance the capabilities of entrepreneurs.
In this sense then, the attendees developed their plenary session in the facilities of the Sena Medellín Innovation Hub, a co-creation and training scenario for students, entrepreneurs, businessmen and the community in general, in which interaction scenarios were generated that enable the learning and application of agile methodologies for innovation with the latest generation technologies of industry 4.0, this exercise allowed the identification and possible articulation of these Hub scenarios for the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation with the academic community of each of the IES member to Meune.
Additionally, the attendees learned about the proposed training of trainers led by TEAMLABS, a radical learning laboratory, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Mexico that is committed to the transformation of education based on an innovative methodology of Finnish origin that focuses on, mainly, in joint entrepreneurship and learning by doing in a disruptive way for the Universities of the XXI century.
Finally, within the day the presentation of the Sena 4K Model was made, led by the National Employment Directorate and the National Entrepreneurship Coordination, which has been developed to provide support to entrepreneurs in the following four (4) capital resources Fundamentals of the process: 1. The psychological capital, 2. The seed capital. 3. Social capital and 4. Support capital, thus managing to contribute to national entrepreneurship ecosystems so that initiatives are sustainable and scalable, optimize times and resources in the stages of the Emprender Fund process, strengthening the entrepreneurial community achieving business sustainability.
