With the aim of articulating some significant experiences on managing relationship strategies with graduates, the graduate coordinator of the Popayán University Foundation, Gloria Castro, and the head of graduates of the María Cano University Foundation, Jairo Meneses, met; the relationship activity took place in the capital of the department of Cauca. During the day, María Cano announced the strategies that, in recent years, have strengthened the relationship of the graduates with the institution, under the strategy of returning home, the opportunity to continue making history of according to the motto that has been impregnated in the relationship with those who have completed the training cycle at the Institution: «Your story in our history María Cano».

Among the strengths that were detected, there is evidence of the way in which the impact study and follow-up of graduates is carried out by María Cano, a leading strategy that has been shared with other higher education institutions in the country, as well as the work that It is developed from the research seedbed of graduates, which is an opportunity for them to advance in updating knowledge and generate research articles and products.

There were joint work commitments between both higher education institutions, which will be formalized with letters of intent and inter-institutional articulation agreements.
